Eat Your Proteins

Ladies! If you're on a diet, try not to eliminate your proteins! Try at least a 'fist-full.' The protein should be no larger than your fist. We need a certain amount of carbohydrates, proteins and good fats from which the 8 essential amino acids can function and synthesize properly. Try lean meats like fish, chicken, lean cuts of pork, beef, lamb, tofu, legumes, eggs, corn oil, safflower, vegetable oil plain yogurt and flaxseed. If you include rich sources of those, you'll have rich sources of Omega 3 ' s and 6's which will contribute to great hair, skin &nail growth!
