Stress is a major contributor to hair fallout. Stress raises blood pressure and cortisol from the adrenal glands. Blood vessels are constricted, reducing oxygen & blood flow to the scalp. A certain degree of stress has to be managed due to work, husbands, children, extended families, deaths, sicknesses, etc., but we all must learn to say, 'no' sometimes. Take a break. Pray. Have a glass a wine. Breathe. Do yoga and meditation. Everything we do and are involved in affects your hair.
